Face-to-face group meetings

Grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide can feel isolating, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Our face-to-face support group meetings provide a safe, understanding space where you can share your feelings, listen to others, and find comfort in knowing you are not alone.

Our meetings are peer-led, meaning they are run by individuals who have experienced suicide bereavement themselves. There is no pressure to talk—whether you choose to share your story or simply sit and listen, you are always welcome. Each session is a place of mutual support, understanding, and hope.

We meet monthly in the Heart of Scotstoun Community Centre, offering a warm and compassionate environment where you can connect with others who truly understand. If you are struggling, we encourage you to join us—together, we can navigate this journey of healing.

Online Zoom group meetings

We understand that not everyone can attend in-person meetings, which is why we offer online Zoom support meetings on the last Tuesday of every month. These sessions are open to anyone in Scotland who has lost a loved one to suicide, providing a safe and supportive space from the comfort of your own home.

Our online meetings are peer-led, meaning they are facilitated by people who have experienced suicide bereavement themselves. Whether you choose to share your thoughts or simply listen, you’ll be among others who truly understand. There’s no pressure—just a space for support, connection, and healing.

If you are struggling and need a compassionate community, we encourage you to join us. To receive the Zoom link and meeting details, please contact us. You are not alone, and support is always available, no matter where you are in Scotland.
